Job Description:
|
- To handle a full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and other related schedules
- To prepare month end, quarterly and year end financial closing and reporting following professional and regulatory standards
- Liaise with company secretary, tax agent and auditor
- Ensure bookkeeping entries are updated, accurate and maintained at all times
- To conduct monthly meetings with management to discuss management accounts
- Continuous enhancement of internal controls, processes and system improvements
- To Identify weaknesses of internal control and provide recommendations
- Analyse expense trends and alert management of savings opportunities

Job Requirements/Qualification:
|
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional qualifications or equivalent and MIA member
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidate must be flexible and able to work as a team
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, and good analytical skills

Job Description:
|
- Organise, prepare agenda and attend Board meeting and annual general meetings, and prepare minutes thereafter
- Prepare BOD and/or Circular Resolutions appropriately and expediently as and when required/requested
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements to authorities / regulators and that statutory records and registers are promptly and accurately updated
- Monitor compliance issues and changes in related to the Companies Act and all other relevant rules and regulations, and taking appropriate action
- Provide, review and verify corporate secretarial support/information for Annual Report and any corporate exercise including ensuring accuracy of the information or documents or advice provided and/or compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and governance

Job Requirements/Qualification:

- Possess ICSA/licensed company secretary qualification and a member of MAICSA or equivalent
- Good leadership, problem solving skills interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people of all levels
- Possess strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu
- Possess good minutes writing skill and high standards of professionalism and integrity

Job Description:

- To prepare income tax computation, working sheet & return form for companies and individual in compliance with Income Tax Act 1967 and relevant legislation
- To advice, prepare & review draft tax computation prepared by tax assistant
- Well versed with tax act & public rulings
- To advice client on technical & tax compliance issues
- To monitor routine tax compliance requirements & deadlines to ensure prompt submission
- To liaise with IRB in written and orally to resolve tax matter
- To ensure all tax audit request and queries are responded in timely and accurate manners

- Possess at least Degree or professional qualification in Taxation or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years & above of tax experience
- Possess Accounting background required
- Assist & able to lead the tax department & communicate effectively with the teams
